Leblon Cachaca

Description

Cachaca is a Brazilian spirit crafted from sugarcane juice. Leblon is a premium Cachaca that shows forward aromas of spice, dried fruit and sugar cane juice. The palate is warming with a hint of sweetness and flavours of spice, toffee and banana. It is aged for up to six months in French oak. Enjoy in a classic Caipirinha.

Tasting Notes

Produced with hand harvested sugar cane in small batches; distilled in alambique potstills and finished in Cognac casks creating a flavourful, complex and smooth spirit. Filled with pleasant layers of fruit and spice, reminiscent of vanilla and crème brulee.

Serving Suggestion

Serve as a classic Caipirinha or use to create a twist on the standard Margarita, substituting this unique spirit for Tequila.
