🥥 Easy Coquito Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cans coconut milk (≈ 27 oz)

• 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

• 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)

• 1 cup white rum (or adjust to taste 😉)

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

• 1/2 tsp nutmeg

• Optional: 1/2 cup cream of coconut for extra richness

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness or rum level.

4. Chill in the fridge for at least a few hours (overnight is best — flavours meld beautifully).

5. Shake before pouring, then serve chilled.

6. Garnish with cinnamon or nutmeg, and enjoy.
